Use Case: Facility Management
Background
A warehouse operator that manages over 100 frozen warehouses nationwide. They want to centrally manage and monitor operations in all the locations. Currently, data is isolated at each site.
Implementation
- A BizStack project is set up as the central data hub for the entire network of warehouses.
- Collection of in-warehouse data from their proprietary system is handled by custom-developed drivers in BizStack Gateway.
- The “entity tree” in the project mirrors the geographic regions of the warehouses, and each warehouse’s internal structure.
- BizStack Console is highly customized with plugins.
- Additional custom-developed backend servers are used for data aggregation and reporting.
