Delete Device Log Request
DELETE/devices/{deviceId}/logRequests/{logRequestId}

This is a soft delete. The log request is marked as cancelled but not actually deleted.
Authentication
Send an Authorization header of the form ModeCloud <AUTH_CODE>.
Must contain a user or service account who has read access to the device, or project API key.
