Proxy PATCH request to app server

Proxy a PATCH request to a target app service if there is a matching App Proxy route for the specified source path. The request body and response depend on the behavior of the target app service.
Authentication
Send an Authorization header of the form ModeCloud <AUTH_CODE>.
Must contain a user API key of a user with Entity App Proxy update permission for the entity instance, a service account token with the same permission, or a project API key.
