Get workflow node types
GET/workflow/nodes
Base URL: https://api.tinkermode.com
Return a list of all registered workflow node types. Each entry includes the node ID and description. The full schema can be retrieved via /nodes/{nodeId}/schema.
Authentication
This endpoint does not require authentication.
